    Tracking can take up to 6 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.

     

    Returns & Exchanges

    To return your order or parts of it, please follow these steps:

    1. Email Us: info@peak-footwear.com and inform us that you wish to return the order or parts of it.
    2. Request Approval: Ask our customer service if we can accept the return. Please note that the return address provided is not listed on our website.
    3. Prepare the Package: If the return is accepted within the allowed timeframe, pack the product safely and securely in its original packaging.
    4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
    5. Provide Tracking Information: Email the tracking code to our customer service. That step is very important without doing that we cant give you a refund!!!
    6. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your package within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products using the original payment method.

    Please note that products fulfilling any of the following conditions cannot be returned:

    1. Pre-ordered products.
    2. Products that are grossly damaged or misused.

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, it is important to contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. To report the issue, please email us at info@peak-footwear.com with a photo of the damaged part. For best results, take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.

    In the case of a serious problem, we will guide you through the next steps based on the information you provide. For defective items, we will always send a new package free of charge the first time. If the defect occurs again, we will refund the full purchase amount.
