I love the blue and green pairs of the winter boots, but I really live in the wrong climate for them. However, there were so many ads on that day, and I was trying to only find the blue and green, so left a BOGO of a grey pair on one of the sites and couldn't find my way back.
Instead, you charged me full price for two pair of grey boots, which I didn't want and left the others, which I did.
