I have ordered before n received in a time matter.. I love the shoes. I got BOGO. These were the summer time shoes. So I ordered the what I would call the winter type shoes. BOGO. This was in August or September. Amount was over $100.00. As of 10-24-2025 I have not received my order. So I'm not very happy. I'm a senior citizen on a very fixed income. I can't just lose money for no reason. Can you please help me? When can I expect my delivery?

I have actually bought 3 of the barefoot sneakers I am totally flat footed and these shoes relieve my back and hip pain. I absolutely love them they give me balance. The one negative thing I have to say is I washed and dryed them and they are coming apart. I hate this because I can’t afford to keep buying new shoes every other month
