Loved my shoes, and feel the same way about my new boots. I have worn costly orthopedic footwear for years. Not anymore. Your shoes are not true to size. I get a size 11 but my toes are hitting the inside if the shoe. My toes have not grown but your shoes are way too short...all my other shoes fit at a size 11 but not the ones I got from your company.
